2 / pre-construction
Before construction begins, we start with a personalized planning phase. You'll work with our architect and engineer on layout and permits, while Elizabeth guides you through selecting finishes and fixtures.
3 / during construction
We begin by preparing your home to stay protected and comfortable, coordinating work hours and cleanup to minimize disruption. After demolition and debris removal, framing, plumbing, and electrical crews build the core infrastructure, followed by roofing, drywall, and interior finishes. At the end, you'll do a walk-through to flag any final touch-ups before completion.
